We intend to digitalize the Kannada film Lyrics from the year 1934 till date in Kannada
Language and create a unique Kannada Movie Database (KMDB) for all the movies released
from 1934 till date. Our mission is to take Kannada cinema literature to people.
Please read the following terms and conditions applicable to you while you access and use the
content onour Platform.
The term “User”, "You" and "Your" refers to you, theUser, whereas, "The Company",
"Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company, Lyrical Tree Pvt Ltd. All terms
herein refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the
process of our assistance to you in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of
meeting your needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with
and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the
singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore
as referring to same.
If any of these terms are unacceptable to you or in the event that any future changes to these
terms are unacceptable to you, we advise you not to use out Platform. Your continued use of the
Platform will be deemed to be acceptance by you of these Terms of Use. You agree to use our
Platform only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these terms of use of our

information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to

suspend or terminate Your Account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform

movie details, posters, blogsetc, we will have sole right to accept, reject or modify the

Our Platform provides You with the following services:

Weenable User (s) to access the Platform, which is the largest Kannada Movie
Database (KMDB), Kannada Filmy Lyrics (KFL), Cinemalytics, etc which are
managed by us and we synchronize lyrics with the audio and video Platforms.We
also curate the content for users based on our algorithms, past user history, behavior
patterns.

The Platform allows You to register your account and purchase listed subscriptions
on the Platform.

Platform allows You to access the content of database by granting you permission to
use the service, depending upon the subscription purchased by you.

The Platform allows You to upload, post, publish or display or otherwise and give
ratings, write comments, and reviews about the content available on Platform.
However, the content uploaded by you will be subject to our approval before
publication.

We, at our absolute sole discretion, may add, modify, upgrade, extend, withdraw, or
alienate any of the Services listed above from time to time. We do not provide any
guarantee to You that the Services will be made available to You at all times.

We wish to state that we are only a facilitator between You and the audience on the
internet for publication of Your post, (including but not limited to all information,
data, text, music, lyrics, sound, or other content, information, reviews, feedback,
rating, and materials that you upload, post, publish or display or email composer) on
our Platform and we only provide You with access to the Platform to use the content
in our database including publication of User Content. You hereby agree and
acknowledge that we will not be a party to any of the transactions that are initiated by
You through the Platform and shall not be liable in any manner or incur any liability
with respect to the services performed.

Details of User Accounts and User Account bearing contact number and e-mail addresses

valid mobile number or e-mail address, the Account shall be indefinitely suspended. We
reserve the full authority to suspend a User's Account in the above event and does not
have the liability to share any Account information whatsoever.

sound, or other content, information, and materials ("User Content") that you upload,

include in your profile, which may include your handle or profile page for third party
accounts like Facebook and Google and your photo, (iii) your comments on the Service
and (iv) any lyrics, bodies of text, or information you post on the Platform. You represent
and warrant that the User Content and all other content submitted to the Platform through
your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or distributed by you on or through the
Platform does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including any
Intellectual Property Rights, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights, and
that such User Content shall not contain libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise
unlawful or inappropriate material. You agree not to post any User Content without any
permission or consent that may be required in order for you to do so.
"Intellectual Property" here refers to all patent (s), copyright(s), trademark(s), goodwill, design
(s)or any kind of trade secret/confidential information registered or not registered in any

number/credit card details and the like. You agree and acknowledge that the Company
shall not be liable and in no way be held responsible for any losses whatsoever, whether
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including without limitation any losses due
to delay in processing of payment instruction or any credit card fraud.

The company shall accept payment only through online mode (Credit cards, Debit cards,
Net Banking, UPI, Wallet Payment) and the user can decide from these options and the
method of payment.

The Company reserves the right to eliminate any payment method if any requirement
arises.

(eighteen) years of age. If you are suspended or removed by us from accessing the

represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred

aim to promote Kannada literature, culture, language, private study, scholarship or research. We
try our level best to provide accurate information & give due credit and acknowledgement to all
stakeholders, including but not restricted to lyricist, singer, producer, production houses etc.The
content and information on the Platform has been made available to the users "as is" and "as
available" basis from the open sources. We don’t make any promises with respect toaccuracy,
quality or completeness of the content published on the Platform and we shall not be held liable
in any case, directly or indirectly.
Any discrepancy found on our Platform may please be brought to our notice at
admin@kannadafilmlyrics.comand we will use reasonable efforts to promptly remedy any faults
of which it is aware or made aware of.

Intellectual Property Rights
Except for your User Content, look and feel of the Platform, photographs, audio, videos, music,
style and format of presenting the content or information, trademark, service marks, logo,
domain name (the "Platform Content") are our exclusive Intellectual Property Rights and we
don’t transfer any title, ownership of our Intellectual Property Rights to any use or any third
party who accesses our Platform. The contents on the Platform are provided purely for
educational, entertainment and personal purpose and are not to be used for any commercial
purpose. There may be third party web links on ourPlatform and we are not responsible for their
Privacy Practices or the Content Of third party Web Sites.
We don’t intend to infringe IP rights of any third party (ies). In case anyone has any issues with

competent courts inChitradurga, Karnataka, India will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle
any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and conditions.

We may terminate your subscription and access or suspend access to all or part of the Platform,
without notice, for any conduct that We, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of this
Agreement, any applicable law, or is harmful to the interests of another user, service provider, or

Availability of Services
We will do our best to offer you a smooth service, but we give no guarantees that content in
Platform will be free from faults or that the Services will be provided uninterrupted. If a fault

we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
We will occasionally restrict your access to the Platform or to the Services to carry out repairs,
maintenance or to introduce new functionality or services and we will endeavor to keep
disruption to a minimum.
New Services are subject to a period of testing. This means that a new Service may not perform
with complete functionality, may be undergoing testing, may be inconsistently available, may
have software “bugs” being fixed by us and may have other issues affecting availability and

than Kannada and dubbed into Kannada.

Data provided on the Platform has been collected from multiple sources and processed,
refined with our in-house methods to get the final output in best possible way known to
us. However, there may be errors and discrepancies. You are requested to do your own
due diligence while using this data on our Platform.

Subscription, Payment, cancellation policy

We offer yearly subscription for varied data packages and need to be renewed yearly.

All payments need to be made in either cash against valid receipt or electronic to
company bank account.

Statutory taxes like GST rates are applicable for all the subscriptions.

We do not offer any refund on any subscriptions and do not solicit any cancellations post
sale.

As a paid user if you are posting content on the Platform, You allow us to use your logo,
name for listing in our Platform as well in our business presentation.

In the event of any corporate actions like merger,acquisitions, liquidation service happen
as the events outside our control, the services may be temporarily or permanently
discontinued.

Accepting the T&C deemed to be considered as your consent to use and agree to all terms
and conditions in the Term of Use.

We would acknowledge the sources like CBFC NFAI, daily newspapers, magazines,
blogs, film production company blogs, social media pages and film statutory bodies from
where we syndicate and collate the content to be posted on Platform.

Movie posters are being used by us along with other movie details,whichmay contains
certain texts, pictures, logos, marks, content or any other materials/content whose
Intellectual Property belongs to its original owner(s). We agree to extend credit and
provide due acknowledgement.

Copyright of the Posts and images contributed for the Blog belongs to original
owners/contributors and we only post and make it available to the users.

You may submit reviews, comments, and other content, suggestions, ideas, blogs,
questions, posters, photographs, demo reels, breakdowns, casting notices, or other
information. so long as the Submissions comply with the restrictions in this Agreement.
We do not pay or provide consideration for Submissions.
